Job description

Responsibilities

  • Able to independently and timely complete tax returns for various BIR tax types, including 0619-E, 1601C, 1601-EQ, 2550Q, 2551Q, 1702Q, 1604E, 1702, 1604CF, etc.

  • Collect monthly invoices and complete invoice entry in the tax bureau system; issue withholding tax certificates 2307, etc. every month

  • Connect with the tax bureau to handle tax bureau document updates, tax declaration anomalies, etc.

  • Assist in completing internal and external annual audits, and provide required documents and data

  • Able to independently complete accounting work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in tax compliance or advisory

  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulatory frameworks.

  • Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel.

  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
