Job summary

Maxicare Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Finance Process Lead to ensure financial and accounting requirements are implemented into the company’s system platforms. You will act as the primary Finance representative for system initiatives, coordinating with Technology partners to maintain a complete audit trail.

In this Manager-level role, you will oversee governance of Finance ITGCs, manage data handoffs across ERP modules, and lead change management, training, and documentation to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
• 5–7 years in financial systems analysis or finance transformation.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Advanced Excel; knowledge of Visio or Lucidchart.
• SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in HMO/Insurance or financial services preferred.
• Strong ITGCs/SoD and data handover understanding.
• Cross-functional leadership and IT/finance liaison.
• Project management and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Finance systems implementation and architectural alignment.
• Serve as Finance Functional Owner across systems initiatives.
• Review and endorse finance requirements and change requests with IT.
• Define data handoffs for upstream/downstream systems.
• System testing, QA and defect resolution.
• Coordinate defect fixes and corrective solutions with IT/partners.
• Lead functional testing in staging/UAT before sign-off.
• Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.
• Redesign manual processes into automated workflows.
• Maintain audit-ready end-to-end process documentation.
• Lead audits of ITGCs and automated controls.
• Lead change management and user training efforts.
• Create SOPs and user manuals for system updates.
