A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Systems & Integration Support Officer, you will work closely with the Head of Finance Systems and Integration to support and enhance financial systems, manage system integrations, and assist with the implementation of new platforms. This role ensures the smooth operation of finance-related technology, supports end-users, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across Finance.

You will:

• Support system integrations, data validation, and reconciliation processes

• Assist end-users and coordinate with external support teams

• Contribute to change management initiatives and process improvements

• Support learning and development by acquiring knowledge of new tools and systems

• Monitor and help maintain ERP platforms and integration tools
