Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with internal controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure timely reporting of financial data in accordance with deadlines.
• Perform bank reconciliations and other GL functions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide management commentary.
• Support audits and assist in regulatory compliance.
• Suggest process improvements and drive automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and tax.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and support budgeting and forecasting.
