The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized member to join in our FINANCE TEAM.

Key Responsibilities
Payables, Billing and Collection
  • Assist with accounts payables and receivables processes
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments and related documents
  • Monitor and manage accounts, billings, and outstanding payments
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Collaborate with team members on various financial projects
Bookkeeping and Compliance
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members on various financial projects
Purchasing
  • Provide end-to-end financial support across supply chain functions ( procurement, logistics, warehousing )
  • Support make vs buy decisions, supplier negotiations and operational efficiency programs
  • Analyze supply chain cost drivers and variances ( material usage, freight, import releasing cost, and inventory holding costs )
  • Collaborate with team members on various financial projects
Ideal Profile
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and financial software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen interest in finance and accounting processes
