Job summary

Envision Energy seeks a Senior Finance Manager with a strong financial background to oversee LATAM finance activities in Mexico. The role covers month-end processes, reporting and governance, with close collaboration to the group finance function.

You will manage cashflow, funding requests, tax filings, and statutory reporting, while supporting logistics, compliance and treasury activities across the region.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage month-end reporting for Wind projects entity and project-by-project profitability.
• Support LATAM FD with financial oversight and governance implementation.
• Manage statutory audits and filings with local authorities.
• Prepare finance slides for Board and management reporting.
• Oversee cashflow, funding requests, and group funding processes.
• Maintain transfer pricing methodology and ensure tax compliance.
• Review VAT and corporate tax filings with outsourced advisers.
• Assist logistics to ensure smooth customs processes in Mexico.
• Collaborate with LATAM FD and Tax to support restructuring and bonds.
• Support corporate trust and risk teams on finance/tax matters.

Role Overview

We are seeking high-caliber Senior Finance Manager with a strong Financial background.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage the month end reporting for Wind projects entity business and the project by project reporting as well as the various revenue stream profitability.
• Support the Latam FD in the provision of commercial, financial and risk management oversite and governance implementation
• Supporting the local statutory audit and management of the statutory compliance filings and accounts
• Production of the finance slides for Board and management reporting
• Management of cashflow and funding requests and apply for funding from the group
• Maintaining the groups transfer pricing methodology and ensuring that the entity substance and tax compliant status is maintained
• Review VAT, other tax filings and Corporate Tax returns compiled by the outsource advisors and ensure filings are completed on a timely basis
• Assisting the logistics teams in ensuring products are delivered to their respective destinations in Mexico smoothly through the respective customs processes
• Working with the Latam FD/ Commercial Finance Business Partner and the Group bonds and guarantees team to implement bond guarantees with our banks on projects and the monitoring/renewal of roll-over of guarantees as necessary in accordance with contracts entered.
• Assist the Latam FD/Group Tax team in any Latam corporate/tax restructuring activities
• Assist the outsourced corporate trust team, in house legal team /risk teams on finance/accounting/tax related matters.
