Job summary

Motolite is seeking an outsourced financial accounting specialist to support RAMCAR Battery Group affiliates. The role covers daily transaction processing, posting customer payments, and assisting with month-end closing and reporting.

The candidate should have a finance-related degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience and strong MS Office skills. Fresh graduates will be considered based on credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Finance related 4 year course; BS Accountancy preferred but not required.
• With relevant work experience of at least 6 months; fresh graduates considered depending on school credentials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Process daily transactions.
• Post customer payments and clear invoices.
• Prepare daily and weekly credit and collection reports.
• Coordinate with client counterpart to improve accuracy of payment application.
• Send billing statements and invoices to third party customers.

Job Summary:

Responsible in providing specialized financial accounting services to RAMCAR Battery Group’s foreign affiliates namely, Supercharge Batteries, Marshall Power, Ramcar Batteries, Inc, and Century Motolite Battery. The outsourced Accounting services include but not limited to daily transaction upload and updating, month-end closing procedures, preparation of monthly schedules and reports, and other tasks that may be requested by the supervisor and/or manager as necessary.

1. Processing of daily transactions
2. Customer payments posting and invoice clearing
3. Preparation of daily and weekly credit and collection reports
4. Coordination with client counterpart to increase accuracy of customer payment application
5. Sending of billing statement and/or invoices requested by third party customers

Qualifications
