Bajaj Auto in Negros Occidental seeks a Finance Sales DMA Team Lead to drive dealer penetration, motivate a field DMA team, and ensure compliant customer acquisition with accurate documentation and processes.

You will promote finance schemes, convert enquiries and leads, ensure timely case processing and disbursement, and strengthen dealer relationships while monitoring competition to deliver superior service and business results.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Off Roll sales DMAs to ensure sales and market penetration at the dealership per targets.
• Verify customer documents originals and scan and fill details in ICAS, with despatch of agreements within prescribed TAT.
• Sell finance schemes to customers (within and outside the dealership) as per targets.
• Maintain and improve relationships with dealers and address daily issues.
• Verify documents (KYC, customer information) received through DMAs in line with policy.
• Monitor dealership competition activity and location.
• Maintain and improve DMA productivity.
• Visit dealer networks (ASC/branch) for assessments.
• Manage enquiries and follow up on open enquiries.
• Convert leads from Web/Tele/Rural.
• Collect RC, resolve FEMI and non-starters regularly.
• Update ASM daily on targets vs achievements.
• Maintain decision TAT and speedy disbursement.
• Explain all schemes to customers.
