Job summary

Aboitiz Renewables is seeking a Cost Controllership and Financial Governance Supervisor in Makati City, Philippines, to lead finance governance, policy enforcement, and audit readiness. You will translate complex control frameworks into clear guidelines and drive compliance across units.

You will also mentor teams, map processes to reduce financial leakage, and coordinate with internal and external auditors to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Internal Audit; professional certification preferred (CPA, CIA, or CFE).
• 5–7 years in financial control, governance, or internal controls; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy enforcement and risk assessment across units.
• Draft and standardize Finance policies and authority limits to prevent operational risks.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors; support audit readiness and remediation of issues.
