Republic Cement in Metro Manila is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team and support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across the organization.

You will build and improve financial models, deliver management reports and analyses, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive performance and value through insights. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and exposure to Power BI are preferred, with CPA and BS Accountancy background ideal.

Formación

• BS Accountancy graduate; CPA preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, and related finance functions.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling experience.
• Manufacturing/industrial finance exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team and play a key role in supporting the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.

What You'll Do

• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning activities
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and business performance reviews
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and drive performance
• Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reporting automation initiatives

What We're Looking For

BS Accountancy graduate; CPA preferred

2-5 years of experience in:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Management Reporting
• General Accounting
• Controllership
• Other related Finance functions

Strong background in:

• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Financial Analysis and Variance Analysis
• Management Reporting
• Financial Statements and Business Performance Analysis

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Power BI (preferred)
• Financial Modeling
• ERP Systems experience (JDE/ExQL is an advantage)

Preferred Background:

• Manufacturing, Industrial, or Business Finance environment
