Job summary

Mondelēz India Foods Private Limited is seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead Finance Business Partnering for Customer Service & Logistics across India. You will partner senior stakeholders across Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution and Co-packing, shaping business decisions and improving the financial performance of the end-to-end distribution network.

The role leads a small team of 2-3 Finance professionals and requires 8–14 years in Finance, with CA/CMA/MBA

Qualifications

Experience as a Finance Business Partner within FMCG or similar complex operations.
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Leadership experience overseeing a small finance team.

Responsibilities

Be a key Finance Business Partner to CS&L and provide financial insights.
Own planning and performance management across freight, warehousing and distribution.
Lead cost optimization and productivity initiatives in logistics.
Partner with Supply Chain and regional teams to translate performance into financial actions.
Provide financial leadership on inventory health and working capital.
Support strategic logistics decisions with robust analysis.
