Maersk is seeking a customer-facing FinOps leader to manage a team delivering accurate invoicing and timely job closures. You will own end-to-end FinOps processes, drive standardization, and collaborate across CX and GSC to ensure high-quality service for all client segments.

Job Purpose/summary:

• Lead a team to deliver the value proposition across all customer segments by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing (including internal customers/ICBs) and proper, on-time soft and hard job closure
• Drive best-in-class performance by owning FinOps activities and ensuring end-to-end LLP service excellence
• Own and govern standardized FinOps processes across the Maersk network
• Drive process standardization and alignment across clients and functions

Key Responsibilities

• Set clear goals and expectations to drive high performance and accountability
• Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous development
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure KPI delivery
• Oversee FinOps activities and ensure execution meets service standards
• Champion "The Maersk Way" in team behaviors and decision-making
• Align team initiatives with strategic goals and customer needs while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
• Act as the escalation point for service issues and drive timely resolution
• Escalate critical risks and lead resolution with relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with CX, CPMs, FPOs, and GSC teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end service delivery
• Participate in cross-functional customer teams to drive alignment and shared accountability
• Document, maintain, and govern area-level FinOps processes to ensure consistency and scalability
• Streamline downstream FinOps processes to support SCM operations and joint KPI delivery

Qualifications

• Strong experience in logistics, operations, or finance operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver performance targets
• Experience in managing customer-focused operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Ability to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
