Job summary

G2G Manpower Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Officer in Cavite to oversee payroll accounting, billing, and statutory compliance for manpower operations.

You will record and monitor financial data, prepare monthly reports, and assist during audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to government regulations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field, with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manpower or service-oriented company.
• Knowledgeable in payroll accounting, billing, and government compliance.
• Familiarity with Philippine taxation and statutory contributions.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll and Compensation Accounting: Review payroll data, ensure salary, wages, overtime, deductions accuracy.
• Billing and Client Accounts: Prepare and process client invoices, monitor accounts receivable, follow up collections.
• Disbursement and Payables: Process payments to suppliers and employees, ensure supporting documents.
• Government Compliance: Remit SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR taxes; submit reports on time; assist audits.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly reports, schedules, and reconciliations; assist statements.
• Cash and Fund Monitoring: Monitor cash flow and payroll funding; manage petty cash; ensure proper documentation.
• Coordination and Audit Support: Coordinate with HR/Operations; assist audits; enforce internal controls.
