Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Finance Officer in Ortigas, Pasig City for an onsite, day-shift role. You will manage AP and debtor follow-up to support cash flow and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Finance Controller.

The role requires 2+ years in AP/Finance Administration and a relevant accounting qualification. We value accuracy, collaboration, and strong Excel skills in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration.
• Experience handling accounts receivable and debtor follow-up, with strong reconciliations.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Match POs, invoices, and receipts; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and review payment runs for Finance Controller.
• Monitor aging receivables and maintain debtor records.
