The ideal candidate holds a BS in Accountancy, CPA, and 3–4 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate and CPA with valid license.
• Must have 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Must be willing to undergo a pre‑employment background check.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment medical examination.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting and Treasury teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Establish financial goals, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Review departmental performance, workload distribution, and staff development plans.
• Ensure continuity, efficiency, and segregation of duties within finance operations.
• Oversee integrity of accounting records, general ledger, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
