Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation in Pasig is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial analysis, planning, and reporting for Supply Chain Operations. The role focuses on evaluating controls, improving processes, and ensuring governance while supporting business teams to achieve profitability.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in Finance or Audit, including 5 years in supply chain, with CPA/CMA/CFA/CCSA or CIA preferred and a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, CCSA or CIA are preferred.
• At least 8 years in Finance or Audit with 5 years in supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and advisory, and participate in financial outlook planning and reporting.
• Support Supply Chain projects via business-case evaluation and financial planning/alignment with goals.
• Monitor financial performance, manage cash flow and receivables, and advise business teams to improve profitability.

Job description

Title: Finance Manager (Pasig)
The Finance Manager is responsible for financial analysis and advisory, financial outlook planning, financial management and reporting and evaluates and updates control procedures relevant to Supply Chain Operations and Functions.

• Supports Supply Chain projects by evaluating business cases, conducting financial analysis, and developing financial plans and forecasts aligned with business goals.
• Monitors financial performance, prepares reports and forecasts, manages cash flow and receivables, and works with business teams to improve profitability and achieve financial goals.
• Improves finance processes and controls by applying best practices, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and efficient operations.
• Develops and improves customer-focused processes while leading strategic initiatives to achieve business goals and performance targets.
• Leads team development through coaching, mentoring, and financial training, helping employees grow their skills and contribute effectively to business goals.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and other operational guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy; graduates of ladderized programs are also welcome to apply.
• Preferably Certified Public Accountants or equivalent certification program (CMA, CFA, CCSA) OR Certified Internal Auditor.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Finance or Audit with 5 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience in managing and evaluating Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial reviews, and process improvement related to financial controls and governance.
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work setup).
