Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation in Pasig is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial analysis, outlook planning, reporting, and governance for Supply Chain Operations. You will supervise budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while driving process improvements.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure profitability targets are met and to strengthen internal controls and compliance with financial policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy required.
• Preferably CPA or equivalent certification (CMA, CFA, CCSA) or Certified Internal Auditor.
• At least 8 years in Finance or Audit with 5 years in supply chain operations.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects, FP&A, financial reviews, and process improvement related to financial controls.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Supports Supply Chain projects by evaluating business cases, conducting financial analysis, and developing financial plans and forecasts aligned with business goals.
• Monitors financial performance, prepares reports and forecasts, manages cash flow and receivables, and collaborates with business teams to improve profitability.
• Improves finance processes and controls by applying best practices, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and efficient operations.
• Develops and improves customer-focused processes while leading strategic initiatives to achieve business goals and performance targets.
• Leads team development through coaching, mentoring, and financial training, helping employees grow their skills.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and other operational guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Finance or Audit with 5 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience in managing and evaluating Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial reviews, and process improvement related to financial controls and governance.
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work setup).
