Job summary

Aleph Talent Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager for a client in the manufacturing and export sector. The role oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and monthly reporting in a manufacturing/export environment, with emphasis on cost accounting and product profitability.

The ideal candidate holds an Accounting/Finance degree, CPA preferred, with 7+ years in finance and 3+ years in senior management in manufacturing, ideally in furniture/export.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance graduate
• CPA is highly preferred
• 7+ years progressive finance and accounting experience
• 3+ years senior management in manufacturing
• 3+ years in furniture or export manufacturing (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Monthly financial reporting and manufacturing cost accounting
• Product costing, standard costing, BOM costing, and inventory valuation
• Variance analysis and product profitability analysis
• Manufacturing efficiency analysis and cost reduction initiatives
• Working capital management and banking relationships
• Credit facility management and foreign currency transactions
• Payment processing oversight and tax and duties payment
• Export financial documentation and statutory reporting
• Internal controls, asset safeguarding, inventory accounting, and physical inventory reconciliation
