Job summary

FAST Logistics Group is seeking a Finance Manager – General Accounting to oversee its accounting operations and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. You will manage the general ledger, review journal entries and reconciliations, and ensure compliant financial reporting across GAAP/IFRS.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, with CPA or equivalent preferred, and 5+ years in financial leadership within logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting/FP&A/finance leadership, preferably in logistics.
• Experience leading monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Strong proficiency with SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting operations and close processes.
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP/IFRS reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits and controls.
• Lead, develop, and allocate workload for accounting staff.
• Collaborate with FP&A, tax, and operations on budgeting and forecasting.
