Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment and/or with Big Four background
• Strong commercial finance and analytical experience, with a demonstrated ability to link financial performance to business outcomes
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging management and executive audiences
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in PowerPoint; experience developing executive‑level materials is essential
• Solid knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools; experience with SAP, OneStream, or similar platforms is preferred
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high‑quality outputs under pressure
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Commercial Finance business partner to the Greater China Commercial team, providing timely and value‑adding financial support across planning, execution, and performance review
• Partner closely with APAC Commercial leadership to deliver financial analysis, insights, and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision‑making
• Translate short‑and long‑term commercial strategies into actionable financial plans, targets, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Equipment, and broader Finance teams to support commercial initiatives and drive aligned outcomes
• Support finance‑related projects, business initiatives, and prioritized ad‑hoc analysis as required
• Drive rigorous financial analysis and modelling (e.g. scenario analysis, investment evaluation, profitability analysis) to assess risks, opportunities, and financial impact of key initiatives
• Monitor business performance, identify trends and variances, and provide clear insights with practical recommendations to course‑correct or optimize outcomes
• Prepare, review, and support delivery of financial reporting and forecasting, including monthly forecasts, commercial business reviews, budgets, and strategic plans
• Support continuous improvement by streamlining financial processes, enhancing reporting quality, and strengthening decision‑support capabilities
• Partner with the wider Finance organization to apply standards, best practices, and controls while supporting a dynamic commercial environment
• Contribute to maintaining strong financial governance, integrity, and compliance across the business
