What you'll do:

As Finance Lead based in Taguig, you will be entrusted with overseeing all facets of the organisation's finances while driving forward its strategic vision. You will be instrumental in building scalable processes that underpin sustainable growth while maintaining rigorous standards in accounting practices.

  • Drive the financial planning of the company by thoroughly analysing performance metrics and identifying potential risks to ensure robust fiscal health.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations including SEC and BIR requirements, guaranteeing timely submission of all necessary documentation and reports.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk management activities to prevent high-impact financial incidents and safeguard organisational assets.
  • Develop annual financial plans and projections in partnership with senior management, aligning them with overall business objectives.
  • Perform detailed financial modelling and analysis to evaluate strategic business decisions, investments, and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on financial performance for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide sound financial support, insights, and business partnering with the leadership team to facilitate critical decision-making processes.
  • Manage and monitor the company's cash flow, implementing appropriate controls to maintain liquidity and operational stability.
  • Supervise all finance-related activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax compliance, treasury operations, payroll processing, as well as financial and management accounting functions.
  • Set up and oversee the company's finance IT systems to ensure efficient data management and reporting capabilities.
  • Manage banking relationships and borrowing arrangements as needed to optimise capital structure.
  • Deliver ongoing training to finance and accounting personnel, fostering adherence to best practices in financial management.

What you bring:

To excel as Finance Lead in this organisation based in Taguig, you will bring proven experience managing complex financial operations within fast-growing environments. Your background should include hands-on involvement with budgeting cycles, forecasting exercises, regulatory compliance matters (including SEC/BIR), risk assessment procedures related to investments, as well as payroll administration.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field is required, with relevant certification such as CFA or CPA
  • Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar over at least five years, with strong track record in leading and developing teams

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance principles, accounting laws, industry best practices, and regulatory frameworks is crucial for maintaining compliance.

  • Excellent proficiency in data analysis techniques and forecasting models enables accurate evaluation of business strategies.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software streamlines reporting processes for greater accuracy.
