• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Financial Management, or equivalent.
• At least 7 years relevant supervisory/managerial experience.
• Knowledgeable in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems & procedures.
• Proficiency in Accounting software(s) & MS Excel.
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the preparation of reports for filing with government regulatory bodies and ensures timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensures filing and payment of all returns.
• Reviews reconciliation of returns previously submitted and filed before the final FS.
• Assists Finance Cluster Head in audit/reporting requirements for external auditors and government offices (IC, SEC, BIR).
• Updates Cash Position Report and LCMS and Bank Reconciliation (First Level Review).
• Prepares Business Unit Performance Review Materials and attends actual reviews and presentations.
• Assists in Budget, scenario analysis and Forecast preparations.
• Maintains computerized accounting records & systems, and ensures backup data control procedures.

• Oversees the preparation of all reports needed for filing in all government regulatory bodies periodically and ensures that all reports are complete, accurate and submitted on a timely basis.

• Ensures filing and payment of all returns.

• Review of reconciliation of returns previously submitted and filed even before the final FS.

• Assists the Finance Cluster Head in complying to audit and reportorial requirements, schedules and documents required by external auditors and government offices such as IC, SEC and BIR.

• Updating of Cash Position Report and LCMS and Bank Recon (First Level Review).

• Preparation of Business Unit Performance Review Materials and attendance in the actual review and presentation.

• Assistance in Budget, scenario analysis and Forecast preparations.

• Maintains computerized accounting records & systems, and ensures compliance to back up data control procedures.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Financial Management, or equivalent.

• At least 7 years relevant experience in Supervisory/Managerial capacity
