The Role
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT, Mondays to Friday
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a licensed CPA with a solid background in taxation, auditing, and asset management. This leadership role requires someone who can drive strategic financial initiatives, manage risk, and work closely with the Singapore HQ and external partners. The position is based in Makati and requires immediate availability.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
Prepare monthly management reports and balance sheet schedules.
Compute corporate and deferred taxes on a quarterly basis.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of VAT and WHT listings before submission.
Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency.
Safeguard company assets by enforcing controls and improving financial systems.
Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
Review and interpret financial reports with management.
Prepare quarterly and yearly budget and forecast reports.
Manage cash flow and prepare cash position and projection reports.
Recommend financial management strategies to minimize risks.
Review and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with auditors, suppliers, bankers, and regulators.
Report regularly to the Singapore head office finance team.
Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance leadership role.
Strong background in auditing, taxation, finance, asset management, procurement, and inventory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Highly analytical, proactive, and a strong team player.
Proficient in SAGE 50 or SAGE 300 software.
