Sysgen RPO is recruiting for a Finance Manager (FP&A) to partner with the executive and management committees. The role centers on analyzing monthly financial and operational performance, delivering rolling forecasts, and leading annual budgeting and strategic planning.

A key aspect is designing and maintaining dashboards, including ESG metrics, to support strategic decisions. Based in Cebu, this direct-hire, permanent opportunity offers a strategic leadership path within the Agritech client

Competenze

• Experience in FP&A and financial planning.
• Ability to present to executive/management committees.
• Experience building dashboards and ESG metrics.

About the job:

• Work location: Cebu

FP&A Manager role is a strategic partner that work closely with the Executive and Management committee members.

Major Deliverables include:

1. Analyze the monthly financial performance of the company integrated to the operational performance of the company

2. Provide monthly (roll-over) forecasting as part of the Management report for executive and management decision support

3. Spearhead annual strategic planning and budgeting with the executive and management committees.

4. Install, maintain, improve management dashboards. This will also include installing non-financial metrics, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) score and the like.
