Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification required.
6-12 years of finance experience with significant leadership.
Onsite work in Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

Steer multi-year financial strategy, capital allocation, investment analysis, and fundraising support.
Direct the transformation of financial data into predictive insights for enterprise decisions and profitability.
Oversee design and implementation of internal controls and automated financial systems to support hyper-growth.
Lead high-level negotiations with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to optimize capital structure.
Govern tax strategy and regulatory compliance at national and local levels.
