Job summary

MORE. is a Melbourne-based print-on-demand and bulk-apparel business seeking a Finance Lead to take over day-to-day bookkeeping, month-end close and financial reporting.

The role emphasises Xero proficiency, attention to detail, and autonomous processing with external accountants, 3PLs and licensors. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of bookkeeping, accounting or finance-operations experience.
• Strong hands-on Xero experience.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, adjustments and accruals.
• Experience managing AP and AR, preparing payment runs, and maintaining cash-flow forecasts.
• Experience reconciling bank, payment-platform, supplier or ecommerce transactions.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (lookups, pivot tables, large data exports).
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Available full-time during Melbourne business hours, with reliable internet and a suitable remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Cash Flow, AP and AR management including daily cash-flow forecast and supplier payments.
• Payroll and Superannuation preparation and review for weekly cycles.
• Month-End Close with reconciliations, accruals and stock value via Shopify.
• Inventory, 3PL and supplier invoice checks; flag discrepancies and process credits.
• Invoicing for partners and wholesale customers; annual intercompany invoicing.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis; prepare Operations Report and investor-ready figures.
• Royalty and Licensing reporting for licensors; ensure correct categorisation.
• Shareholder and Dividend administration; prepare statements and files.
• Compliance and tax support; liaise with tax advisers and prepare workpapers.
• HR administration; onboarding/offboarding, payroll setup.
