Job summary

Assurance Controls Technologies Co., Inc. is seeking a Finance OJT to support the Finance Department with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks in Manila. You will assist in retrieving and filing BIR forms, monitoring compliance docs, coordinating receipts and payments, and maintaining accurate records.

General admin support and other dutiesvised by the Finance Team will be required. The role is ideal for graduating accounting/finance students with strong MS Excel/Word skills, who are

Qualifications

• Graduating students pursuing accounting, business management, or finance.
• Motivated with willingness to take on challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Willing to be assigned in Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan City.

Responsibilities

• Assist with retrieval and filing of BIR forms.
• Monitor compliance-related documents.
• Coordinate collection of official receipts and payment records.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
