Job summary

Noventiq Philippines is seeking a Finance Intern to support the Finance and Accounting Department. You will assist daily accounting tasks and work with a team of professionals to maintain financial order and transparency.

The role requires a personal laptop, 500 internship hours, and availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with four days on-site at Makati. Potential for conversion to full-time, plus an internship allowance of PHP 10,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Independent, Responsible, and Honest.
• Knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets).
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical error.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Overview

This role provide s support to the Finance and Accounting D epartment by aiding daily operation al accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

What You’ll Do

• Invoice scanning and renaming .
• Sending invoice soft copies to customers .
• Sending hard copy invoices to customers .

• Document filing and record management .
