We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Finance to lead the finance function of a fast-growing organization. This role will oversee all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial strategy to supportamvu business growth. The Head of Finance will play a critical role as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights, building forecasting models, evaluating investments, and consolidating regional financial reports for business planning.

This position requires a seasoned finance leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic vision, while leading and developing a high‑performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning and analysis, assessing company performance and risks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SEC & BIR) and timely submission of all reports.
• Develop annual budgets, financial projections, and forecasting models in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decisions and investment opportunities.
• Consolidate and coordinate regional reports for business planning.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide financial advisory support to the leadership team for milling decision‑making.
• Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring appropriate controls and financial discipline.
• Oversee finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and both Financial and Management Accounting.
• Guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance.
• Ensure accounting activities and audits align with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Implement and manage finance IT systems and tools.
• Build and maintain banking relationships and manage borrowing arrangements as needed.
• Mentor, train, and develop the finance team.
