The successful candidate will oversee GAAP/IFRS-like standards, manage cash flow, and mentor a high-performing finance team while partnering with senior management on business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CFA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Hands-on cash flow management, reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide financial advisory support to the leadership team for critical decision-making.
• Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring appropriate controls and financial discipline.
• Oversee finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and both Financial and Management Accounting.
• Guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance.
• Ensure accounting activities and audits align with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Implement and manage finance IT systems and tools.
• Build and maintain banking relationships and manage borrowing arrangements as needed.
