Job Summary:

The Finance Head oversees all financial operations of Toyota Butuan, ensuring the effective management of funds, adherence to regulatory requirements, and accurate financial reporting. This role is responsible for leading the finance team, implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the organization's financial stability and growth. The Finance Head is also tasked with providing expert advice to senior management, fostering sound decision‑making through detailed financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and manage the company's financial strategy, ensuring long-term financial health and stability.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes.
  • Manage the organization's cash flow, fund allocation, and risk management.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Present financial updates, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, taxation laws, and internal policies.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial processes.
  • Ensure the timely filing of all statutory and regulatory requirements, including E‑CARS submissions.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the finance department.
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development opportunities for the team.
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of financial systems, including SAP and E‑CARS.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Manage the company's tax obligations, ensuring accurate computation, filing, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies to safeguard the company's financial interests.
  • Work closely with other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agencies, and regulatory bodies as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be a Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance (a Master's degree in the same field is an advantage).
  • A CPA license is preferred but not required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, management reporting, internal audit, taxation, fund management, and risk management.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system and E‑CARS.
  • Proven integrity, maturity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
  • Must be a resident of Butuan City, Agusan de Norte
