Job summary

PERSOL in the healthcare finance team seeks a finance professional to own reporting, budgeting and balance sheet management in a fast-paced environment. You will support month-end close, drive process improvements, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality financial results within tight timelines.

This six-month engagement requires immediate availability and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in accountancy, finance, business administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience leveraging Agentic AI tools to improve productivity and work processes.
• Able to commence work immediately.
• Driven and results-oriented with strong ownership.
• Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
