Qualifications

• CPA with 12–15 years in statutory compliance or controllership in a multinational setting.
• Experience leading large teams (50–60 staff).
• Strong IFRS and local statutory reporting knowledge.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead external reporting, governance, and statutory compliance across multiple countries.
• Ensure timely delivery of financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Oversee accounting balances, reconciliations, and statutory audits.
• Act as primary liaison for auditors and external stakeholders.
• Drive governance, risk management, and internal controls.
