A leading company seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, including modeling, reporting, and compliance in Pasig. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in finance or accounting and demonstrate strong leadership skills while managing a finance team. This role offers the opportunity to impact strategic decision-making and optimize financial processes.
Responsibilities:
1) Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making across multiple business units.
2) Reporting: Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
3) Accounts Receivable & Payable Management: Oversee A/R and A/P processes to ensure timely collections and payments, optimizing working capital.
4) Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor daily cash positions, manage bank relationships, and ensure healthy liquidity across the organization.
5) Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Supervise the preparation and filing of BIR tax requirements and other government-mandated financial submissions.
6) Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a finance team, setting clear goals, streamlining workflows, and building capacity for growth. Process Improvement: Implement systems and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in financial operations.
Qualifications:
1) Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in an agency or service-based business environment.
2) Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
3) Solid understanding of A/R, A/P, and cash management practices.
4) Familiarity with Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance.
5) Proven leadership and team management experience.
6) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel/Google Sheets.
7) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
