Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. seeks a Finance Data Analyst Lead to guide the daily operations of the analytics team and ensure accurate, timely reporting. You will partner with stakeholders to drive insights and improve financial processes while mentoring analysts across the function.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Excellent time management, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Customer service focus and ability to support stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Finance Data Analyst team.
• Monitor team deliverables and ensure work is completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
• Review and validate reporting, analysis, and reconciliation outputs.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex reporting, reconciliation, and data-related issues.
