Job summary

TP ICAP Group in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to join the Global Finance Change team, focusing on automating processes, data management and dynamic reporting to improve controls and efficiency across finance.

You will design and maintain ETL pipelines (Alteryx), build MI dashboards (Power BI), analyse data from multiple sources and support regulatory reporting while promoting data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Subject matter expert in Finance, BI and Data Analytics.
• Strong technical grounding, ideally with some programming skills.
• Extremely passionate about data and analytics.
• Understanding of database and data modelling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ETL pipelines/workflows (Alteryx).
• Create MI dashboards and data models for internal/external users.
• Ensure data solutions are readily consumable by decision-makers via reports and self-service.
• Lead stakeholder management across IT, Compliance and Risk.
• Support finance data quality, reference data, and data governance.
