Job summary

Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility in Metro Manila seeks a Financial Control Analyst (Officer) to perform accounting duties, maintain sound internal controls, and assist in financial statement preparation. A CPA-qualified degree and strong MS Excel skills are required.

You will verify payments, prepare journal entries and vouchers, maintain records, support schedules and audit requests, and provide clerical support to the Financial Control Unit under supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting with CPA qualification.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of general accounting concepts and internal controls.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify items for payment, including approvals and journal entries.
• Prepare vouchers for payment of supplier invoices and staff claims.
• Maintain and update accounting files/records for easy monitoring and retrieval.
• Prepare schedules to support CGIF financial statements or audits.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Financial Control Unit.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
