Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• 5-8+ years progressive experience in accounting, financial management, or controlling
• Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, FP&A, and internal controls
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/financial systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex financial processes
• Minimum 3-4 years of team leadership experience required
• Excellent communication skills and business judgment
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk management systems
• Supervise the accounting team and manage daily financial operations
• Oversee cash flow, revenue recognition, and cost control activities
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide financial insights to the CFO and senior leadership for decision-making
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and financial optimization
• Support implementation and enhancement of ERP systems and finance tools
