Job summary

JTI in Jakarta is seeking a Finance Control Analyst to perform statutory reporting and commercial analysis at the entity level, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with FP&A, business users, and GBS to clarify issues and support informed decisions.

In this role, you will drive analysis of commercial activities, develop management reports, and lead continuous improvement in finance processes, including governance and policy updates, with focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economy, or related field from reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting, Tax, or similar from FMCG company preferably multinational.
• Proficient in using BI Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, dashboarding)
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with collaborators at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of delivering professional presentations.
• Have good understanding of principles Management Accounting and Reporting: FP&A, budgeting, assets/liabilities, governance.

Responsibilities

• Commercial & Transaction Analysis at entity level to understand drivers and risks.
• Develop and enhance periodic and ad-hoc management reports with insights.
• Lead continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, including automation and governance enhancements.
• Support development and review of accounting policies and procedures to meet standards.
