Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, FP&A, or business partnering.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Controllership.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to uncover key business drivers.
• Translate numbers into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for management.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support strategic and commercial decisions.
• Challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and provide data driven perspectives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
• Present financial insights clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Take ownership of complex business problems and drive solutions with minimal supervision.
