Role Overview

This position is responsible to effectively coordinate and ensure compliance with the objectives of the administrative area ensuring adherence to policies and procedures established by The Coca-Cola Company, maximizing the utilization of company resources by simplifying processes, standardizing best practices, ensuring P&L reporting, Accounts Receivable Management, Budget Management and Balance Sheet Management.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure effective management of income and expenses by preparing an annual budget and structured controls.
  2. Ensure implementation of investments (CAPEX) in Operating Unit through monthly monitoring of the evolution of feasibility analysis, purchase of goods and/or services, physical implementation and accounting records.
  3. Perform post-mortem analysis of projects approved through the determination of results presented by each project implemented.
  4. Generate analytical information to support management and decision making, through reports prepared in accordance with the parameters established.
  5. Safeguarding of Commercial Assets
  6. Business Partners with Commercial
  7. Serve as an internal approver based on the standards and policies set by COA
Requirements
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA or any degree of similar nature or higher level (Postgraduate/Master’s Degree)
  • With at least 5 combined years’ experience in Financial Management and FMCG Finance and experiences relevant to Financial Planning and Analysis Management Accounting
  • Skilled in: (1) Revenue/OI Management, (2) OPEX Management/Cost Savings, (3) Credit Management, (4) Internal Audit/Internal Control Effectiveness, (5) Balance Sheet Accuracy, (6) Working Capital Management, (7) Insights and Analytics, (8) Leadership and People Development, and (9) Providing control support to the whole department composed of Distribution Center & Sales Offices.
