Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across business units in Metro Manila.

The role emphasizes variance analysis, performance monitoring, and the preparation of management reports and insights to guide strategic and tactical decisions. You will coordinate with stakeholders to build the annual operating plan, develop forecasting frameworks, and simulate business cases to assess impact of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Certification or progress toward certification in a related area is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting across business units.

Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support within the organization. This position collaborates closely with various business units to provide insightful financial analysis, facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders. Budgeting, Forecasting & Controlling Coordinates with business units to help drive the annual operating plan and forecasts. Tracks and analyzes variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, and has meaningful discussions with business partners to understand/help assess go-forward impact. Helps in the creation of budgeting and forecasting frameworks and policies. Performance Monitoring & Analysis helps track business functional KPIs through the creation of relevant reports and the provision of key insights. Helps analyze current and past results, study trends, and make recommendations for performance improvement. Management Reporting liaises with business units on new productivity and cost-saving initiatives and helps with business cases and simulations on an ad hoc basis to support strategic and tactical business decisions.
