Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to support finance applications, primarily around sales data and monthly reporting. The role requires autonomous work, ownership of topics from start to finish, and strong data-driven thinking.

You will bridge business needs with IT, ensuring data accuracy, resolving issues, and delivering reliable reporting outputs. Finance/sales processes and effective communication with cross-functional teams are key.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting finance/sales applications.
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable handling and analysing data.
• BI knowledge with reporting dashboards and KPIs (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO/BW).
• Detail-oriented and structured, able to manage multiple topics in parallel.
• Good understanding of finance/sales processes and strong communication with business, IT, and data teams.
• Ability to gather requirements, write functional specs, and document processes.

Responsabilités

• Acting as a point of contact for business users on financial and reporting tools, and resolving issues end to end
• Owning monthly processes linked to sales (checking data, following up on issues, ensuring data ties out)
• Maintaining and improving master data (customers, products, pricing) and related governance
• Investigating data inconsistencies, identifying root causes, and driving fixes
• Partnering with IT and data teams to scope and deliver changes or deeper investigations
• Supporting and enhancing reporting, ensuring numbers are consistent across systems
• Gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and documenting processes for maintainability
• Leading UAT and coordinating testing when changes are made to systems
