Asia Peopleworks Inc. is hiring a Finance Associate to handle billing, AR/AP, and taxation on-site in Muntinlupa. Fresh graduates may apply and will work under supervision in a fast-paced finance team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field, solid Excel skills, and attention to detail to maintain accurate financial records and support audits and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Prepare billing statements and assist in billing processing.
• Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Coordinate with customers regarding billing concerns, payment status, and account inquiries.
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Process and maintain invoices, official receipts, and supporting documents.
• Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Maintain organized accounting files and documentation.
• Support tax compliance activities, including tax computation, filing, and reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing documents for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and finance-related tasks.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
