Job summary

PwC Philippines is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our Finance Team in Metro Manila. You will support day-to-day operations in either the Accounts Payable or Reporting Team, ensuring accuracy of financial transactions and timely preparation of reports.

The role emphasizes organization, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related business is required or preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Process and review financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in timely processing of reimbursements, cash advances, liquidations and other payable-related transactions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction-related inquiries.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities.
Perform other accounts payable and finance-related tasks as assigned.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Review financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies when needed.
Support reporting requirements and process improvement initiatives.
