Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate the preparation of financial statements, internal reports, and tax compliance documents handled by an outsourced provider.
• Ensure adherence to local accounting standards and tax regulations, including those set by BIR, SEC, PEZA, and other relevant agencies.
• Supervise and review payroll processing, statutory remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and other finance-related activities managed by an outsourcing partner.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and conduct financial analyses to support business planning.
• Liaise with external parties (e.g., accounting firms, auditors) to ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory filings.
