Job summary

MMC Constructions Incorporated is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the company’s financial operations on-site in Makati. The role requires 2+ years in a senior accounting or finance leadership position, with a strong grasp of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.

CPA is a plus, but not mandatory. You will oversee accounts, payroll, budgets, and cash flow, while driving financial planning and reporting to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee the company's financial strategies and objectives.
• Manage financial accounts, payroll, budgets, cash receipts, and financial assets.
• Monitor cash flow, transactions, liabilities, and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct and oversee financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles, standards, regulations, and policies.
• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile financial accounting data.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions.

Job Qualifications:
