Job summary

TigerUX is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to review month‑end transactions, reconcile data, analyze expenses, accruals, inventory usage, and production variances. You will prepare financial and operational datasets and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor expense trends, support audits, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, or data analysis.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, reconciliation, variance analysis, and expense monitoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI and financial reporting systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate financial and operational transactions during month-end closing.
• Reconcile financial data and investigate significant variances.
• Analyze expenses, accruals, inventory usage, shrinkage, and production variances.
• Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports and datasets.
• Monitor expense trends and identify potential issues or irregularities.
• Track and validate expenses across business segments and categories.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Upload and manage reporting data using Power BI and other financial systems.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve financial and operational discrepancies.
• Support audit, compliance, and document management requirements.
