Job summary

HRTX is seeking a financial professional to manage P&L reporting, branch data maintenance for Power BI, and monthly OPEX reviews. The role supports the Controller with modeling, analyses, and ad hoc reports for store openings and logistics.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in accounting/financial management, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication with solid business acumen. This position emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting or financial management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare P&L reports for all branches on a monthly basis.
• Maintain branch databases for Power BI reporting.
• Generate monthly OPEX reports for branch operations review.
• Prepare monthly occupancy cost reports.
• Conduct initial financial analyses for new store openings and rightsizing initiatives using templated formats.
• Support the Controller with financial modeling, simulations, and analyses for business development and logistics.
• Prepare other ad hoc financial and operational reports as needed.
