Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a financial analyst to support management with analysis and reporting, ensuring accountability against commitments and past results.

The role involves researching discrepancies between Arch systems and financial reports, conducting GL reconciliations, and producing key reports for business units. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with operational executives and managers

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience identifying and resolving data reconciliation issues.
• Understanding of month-end close processes and account analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support management and stakeholders by producing analysis and reporting to drive accountability and track commitments.
• Research and resolve premium, claims, and expense discrepancies between Arch front-end systems and Arch financial reporting.
• Perform financial analysis, GL reconciliations and generate key financial reports.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting for internal and external partners.

Support management and business stakeholders in producing analysis and reporting to drive business accountability, measure business decisions against commitments and prior results. Work collaboratively and develop strong relationships within the Business Unit, with operational executives, and with managers. Research and resolve premium, claims, and expense discrepancies between Arch front-end systems and Arch financial reporting System. Perform financial analysis, general ledger reconciliations, and generate key reports. Utilize information from third parties and Business Units to report financial results in support of business management. Provide assistance, reconciliations and other support as required for internal and external partners. Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required by the department or other business units.

Required Skills
